Computer Information Services Ltd. better known as CIS is a Bahamian company that specializes in software development and support. In 1983 the principals realized that there was a need in The Bahamas for companies specializing in the software field and decided to start a company to offer these services in the market. 

In the late 90s after having provided support for the main insurance companies and brokers in the market, CIS realized that all systems being used were legacy systems that were bursting at the seams trying to meet the demands of the ever changing insurance industry. CIS began to search for solutions to offer their clients that addressed the current needs of the business. Most products found were either too expensive or not available on hardware platforms being used by our clients.

After an exhaustive search CIS realized that the only solution was to invest in a product that could be supported on both the PC and IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform. Thus InVisAge was born.
