INVISAGE SELECTED BY RSA
TO REPLACE SIRIUS

NASSAU, BAHAMAS - InVisAge has been selected by RoyalStar Assurance (formerly Royal & SunAlliance) to replace Sirius. RSA along with its major brokers Sunshine Insurance and Star General Insurance have all selected InVisAge to run their daily operations. The critical reasons cited by all companies are the cost savings due to less paper work between the brokers and the carrier, as transactions would be submitted electronically, and greater automation in their daily work flows improving the productivity of the operations.

RoyalStar Assurance opted for InVisAge, as the system will accept policy transactions from their major brokers and advise them of the status of claims electronically. Moreover, their smaller brokers will have direct access via the Internet to make enquiries and input transactions. When the implementation of InVisAge is completed, RSA will be linked to all of their brokers in Nassau, Freeport, the Family Islands of the Bahamas, Cayman Islands and the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Sunshine Insurance / Star General Insurance, both selected InVisAge as it will allow all of their branches throughout the Bahamas to submit and receive information from RSA on a timely basis with less paper. InVisAge offered a total solution for their operations. InVisAge will allow them to manage their General Lines and Health/Life business, while the new General Ledger and Accounts Payables modules will ensure that all accounting transactions can be processed within InVisAge.
